Noel's Gone Fishing Quilt

I'm finally making a quilt for our friend Noel. He likes to go fishing, so I thought I'd use some fish fabrics as the focus for the quilt.

I plan to use a modified Cotton Theory method. The block will be approximately 14" finished. One side will be the blue/tan fabrics and the other will be green/red fabrics. Once the block is pieced (a large center log cabin), I plan to quilt it free motion on my Pfaff sewing machine, then join the blocks using the Cotton Theory method.
